On April 17, 2021, Education Accreditation Center - Vinh University held a meeting to appraise and announce the results of quality assessment for 03 training programs of Thu Dau Mot University, including: Social work , Architecture, Construction Engineering.

Attending the meeting, on the side of Education Accreditation Center - Vinh University, there were Prof. Dr. Bui Duy Cam - Head of External Evaluation Team, MSc. Nguyen Dinh Huy - Deputy Director of Center for Accreditation of Education - Vinh University, and 08 members of the evaluation team. On the side of Thu Dau Mot University, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Hiep - Chairman of the University Council, leaders of affiliated units and members of the self-evaluation council of 03 training programs.

At the meeting, the accreditation council, the delegation of external assessment experts, representatives of the university leaders and the training programs focused on studying the records, exchanging and discussing to clarify the contents surrounding the quality evaluation results of 03 training programs. On the purpose of contribution, the council made appropriate recommendations for each training program in order to promote strengths and overcome shortcomings; propose solutions to continuously improve and improve the quality of training in the coming time.

At the end of the meeting, the council conducted a secret ballot, the results: 100% of the council members unanimously approved the resolution on appraising the results of the evaluation of the educational quality of 03 university training programs of the Thu Dau Mot University. As a result, 03 training programs have achieved the criteria of the set of standards for accreditation of training programs issued by the Ministry of Education and Training. Based on the results of the accreditation council, the Center for Accreditation of Education Quality - Vinh University granted the Certificate of Education Quality Accreditation to 03 training programs of the school.

Within the framework of a business trip in the Vinh, Thu Dau Mot University and Vinh University signed a Memorandum of Understanding to cooperate in implementing training and scientific research activities; promote the strengths of the two units. The cooperation items include: exchange of lecturers to teach undergraduate and postgraduate training, international training programs, scientific research, connection, sharing of learning resources, use of equipment labs, simulation models, etc.

The Accreditation Council has recognized that 03 training programs of TDM University all meet the criteria of the set of standards for accreditation of training programs issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.
